AeroMil, Inc. is a high precision CNC machine shop located in Chatsworth, California. We are committed to providing the highest level of quality and excellent service at a competitive price. We want to be your machine shop of choice by providing quality machining services that are reliable!
 

Our organization has developed and implemented a quality management system (QMS) that has established, documented, and implemented a quality policy and related processes for providing products and/or services for our customers. We have determined and have identified the processes needed for our QMS along with their application throughout the organization. This QMS also provides our organization with the means to document the organization’s best business practices, better satisfy the requirements and expectations of interested parties (i.e., our customers, stakeholders, and other relevant external organizations or individuals), and to improve in the overall management of our organization. Specific responsibilities for key QMS processes along with their respective sequences and interactions may be detailed in relevant quality procedures, some of which may contain or reference flow charts depicting the process that is also described in the narrative of that procedure. Appendix 2: Key Process Map describes the sequence and interaction of our organizational (high level) processes. This manual further describes our organization’s QMS through the delineation of authorities and through the interrelation ships and responsibilities of personnel

responsible for performing within the system. The manual may also provide procedures or reference to other documented information that comprises of the QMS in order to ensure conformity to the necessary requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. Finally, this manual is used as a means to introduce our QMS to all interested parties.
